I am a qualified Chef (Certificate III Cookery), Food Safety Supervisor, Hospitality/Cookery Teacher with experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef, and manager across Cafes, Fine Dining and Events.

Alongside this, I’m also a busy Mum who understands the reality of modern life and the constant juggle of getting good food on the table.

Mise En Place was created from a passion for real food, made with quality ingredients and the belief that with the right preparation and organisation, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
